Rooted Works Consulting is led by a seasoned marketer with 16+ years of experience across marketing, digital, and sales. With a background spanning multiple industries, Anna Hordov brings holistic, thoughtful approach to growth - combining strategic insight, operational discipline, and a deep respect for each client's values, legacy, and long-term goals.
Our goal for creating Rooted Works is to help values-driven businesses grow with clarity, intention, and sustainability - while educating and uplifting the communities they serve.

A note from the founder
I created Rooted Works Consulting because I wanted to use the skills and experiences I’ve spent decades building to truly help businesses that don’t always have the luxury of endless time, teams, or resources—but still deserve thoughtful strategy and real support.
Over my career, I’ve seen businesses from the inside out, and I understand how all the pieces need to work together for growth to actually stick. That experience allows me to meet businesses where they are, focus on what matters most, and build strategies that are practical, aligned, and achievable.
Rooted Works gives me the freedom to do this work without an agenda beyond helping businesses thrive. I’m not here to sell complexity or chase trends—I’m here to bring clarity, structure, and momentum in a way that supports the whole business.
